The evening begins with a three-course New Year’s Eve dinner served in the Vista from 5.00pm, with the party building beautifully around you as the night unfolds. Try your luck at the casino tables. Strike a pose at the photo booth. Let our magician baffle you with something up close and impossible. Dance to your favourite anthems. Or simply sip something spectacular and soak it all in there’s no wrong way to do New Year’s Eve here.
If the dancefloor isn’t your natural habitat, the Cove View Suite is yours for board games, and our cinema room will be running a curated selection of films for a quieter kind of celebration. However you choose to see it out, 2027 starts here.
As midnight approaches, every ticket is a chance our pre-midnight prize draw puts a bottle of champagne in the hands of one lucky guest, perfectly timed for the countdown. Auld Lang Syne will ring out across the Atlantic at midnight, and the bar stays open until 1.00am.
