Mandala workshop with Hayley White

Begin on the beach. Before the making, there’s the gathering — a short walk down to the shore to collect natural materials: shells, stones, seaweed, seed heads, whatever the tide and the clifftop have left behind. If you’d rather go straight to the creating, that’s absolutely fine — Hayley will have everything you need waiting at the hotel.
Back in the warmth, you’ll work with those collected pieces alongside natural and organic materials to build your own mandala. Rooted in ancient traditions of pattern and symmetry, mandala-making is as meditative as it is creative — a way of slowing down, noticing, and letting something beautiful take shape in front of you.
Hayley White brings a gentle, encouraging approach that makes the process accessible to everyone, whether you’ve never made art before or simply haven’t made time for it recently.
